II. Protection of personal details
1/ Processing of personal details
Information of a personal nature collected on the JV-Malin site is intended for the use of the Centre Regional Council, which is responsible for the computer processing of these details. The Centre Regional Council agrees to abide by the provisions of the French Data Protection and Civil Liberties Act (no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978). The people concerned therefore have a right to access, modify, correct and delete data concerning them. To exercise this right, they must send an email to info-cnil@regioncentre.fr info-cnil@regioncentre.fr marking the subject as “Personal details”
2/ Collection and nature of the details gathered
The information that the Centre Regional Council collects via the JV-Malin site has been offered voluntarily by individuals who have entered it on the forms used, which are:
- The “Contact” page: this page is used to answer questions asked by Internet users. Personal details of this nature may be passed on to the service provider Canal TP, the site manager, the Centre Regional Council and all the local authorities that are partners to the site. These details are the sole property of the Centre Regional Council.
- The “My Account” page: this page is used to create a user account. Personal details may only be used by the Centre Regional Council and its service provider Canal TP, the site manager. These details are the property of the Centre Regional Council.
III. Intellectual property
This site constitutes a work of which the Centre Regional Council is the author under the terms of articles L. 111.1 and following of the Intellectual Property Regulations.
The Centre Regional Council is the owner of the website used to operate the multimodal information system for passenger transport in the Centre region. The technical data feeding the site remains the property of each partner authority.
The logos, icons and graphics chips shown on the site are protected by copyright and by articles L.511.1 and following of the Intellectual Property Regulations relating to the protection of registered designs.
Reproduction on paper or electronic media of the said website and any works that appear on it is authorised on the condition that it is strictly for personal use and will not be used for advertising and/or commercial and/or information purposes and/or complies with the provisions of article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Regulations.
With the exception of the above provisions, all reproduction, representation, usage or modification, by any process and in any format whatsoever, of all or part of the website, or all or part of the various works that it contains, is strictly prohibited without the prior authorisation of the Centre Regional Council - Infrastructures and Transport Department, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an act of piracy.
IV. Creating hypertext links
1/ Hypertext links to JV-Malin
The Centre Regional Council authorises the insertion of a hypertext link to JV-Malin for private websites, blogs, portals or organisations that may or may not be linked to the Centre Regional Council, on the condition that these do not broadcast illicit content or information of a controversial, pornographic or xenophobic nature, or that may be deemed to be found offensive to most people.
The link must lead to the site homepage and the site www.jv-malin.fr must appear in a new window. The site’s pages must in no circumstances be incorporated into the pages of another site.
In all cases, the Centre Regional Council reserves the right to demand the removal of a link if it is thought that the target site does not comply with the above rules.
2/ Links to third-party sites
The Centre Regional Council reserves the right to point users (or not) to third-party websites. Internet users who access these links will leave the JV-Malin site. These sites are not under the control of the Centre Regional Council; the latter may not therefore be held liable for the content of these sites, the links they contain or any changes or updates that they may undergo.
V. Liability
The Centre Regional Council may not be held liable for any faulty data transmission due to the various Internet networks or to any incompatibilities with the user’s browser. The JV-Malin site contains information of a general nature only that is not intended to be related to the specific situation of an individual or legal entity. This information does not constitute a professional or legal opinion, which would require the competence of a duly qualified professional. The information presented on the JV-Malin site should not be considered as an offer of services emanating from the Centre Regional Council.
Any individual who wishes to benefit from one of the services or offers of assistance presented on the JV-Malin site may contact the Centre Regional Council Infrastructures and Transport Department to ensure that the service or assistance is available and find out what are the conditions of eligibility.
The Centre Regional Council may not be held liable for any material errors that may have slipped into the documents shown on the site, despite every care taken in publishing them.
The Centre Regional Council reserves the right to modify or correct the content of this site and these legal notices at any time without notice.

The Centre Regional Council has made every efforts to ensure that access to the JV-Malin site is as compatible as possible.
